Fayetteville
Dubbed Fayette-nam due to the high crime rate and having Fort Bragg there, Fayetteville needed a makeover. Leaning into the military angle, it was rebranded America's Hometown. The executions would play up patriotism and the part it played in the country's history.
These print ads had to follow the look and feel of the past ads and efforts.
This execution was supposed to do a few things: inform the readers about the upcoming events, get them to the parade, and to use the insert as a sign to thank the servicemen.
It was originally supposed to just be an ad.
There’s always that one guy at the parade who thinks it's funny to hold the sign upside-down.
A themed apron for the eat-and-greet event.
Would you like a side of celebrity to go with that patriotism?
